Working at IHCWAY has been one of my best experiences in Japan. By far the most fulfilling thing about teaching English at IHCWAY is the students. I have made lifelong friends, I have created opportunities for my future, and have found invaluable connections. I can not imagine any other circumstances under which I could make my own ours, be payed well, and go home at the end of the day with time to finish my homework. Finally the management at IHCWAY is always supportive and helpful. It is great being a part of the IHCWAY team.
